Terms and Conditions

ChromAfrica LLC, and it's organizing partners, is the sponsor, organizer and manager of these events, which consist of web site advertising, a training event, and associated vendor exhibition ("Event"). ChromAfrica is entering into an agreement with a marketing vendor ("Vendor") to provide marketing opportunities in association with ChromAfrica events. These events may be held at multiple locations in Africa, at either public or private locations. ChromAfrica LLC is providing opportunities for Vendors to meet and interact with students at training events. These interactions are expected to involve scientific discussions only. Any other nonscientific activities, such as completion of sales agreements and exchange of payment at the Event facilities, are not permitted. Furthermore, ChromAfrica LLC may allow some Vendors to submit technical information which may be considered for inclusion in the training documents. Such information is expected to be of a scientific nature (applications, schematics, protocols, etc.), and directly related to the subject of the training. Any information whose primary purpose is marketing will not be accepted. Note that the instructor will make the final decision about how, or if, to incorporate this information into the training documents.

Event Organizer Responsibilities

• Provide marketing opportunities in accordance with the described options.
• Notify vendor of Event location at least 30 days in advance of Event.
• Notify vendor of any location restrictions or requirements for the Event site.
• Provide access to the exhibitor area in advance of the start of the Exhibit.
• Provide contact information for all registered students for each training event.

Vendor Responsibilities

• Complete registration and payment at least 30 days in advance of the Event.
• Notify Event organizers and site of any requirements (electrical, plumbing, etc.). Additional charges may apply at some sites and for some services.
• Provide all support equipment needed for operation of equipment (gases, liquids, fittings, containers, etc.).
• Collect and remove any waste generated from operation of equipment.
• Observe all local environmental, safety, and health requirements and regulations in installation and operation of equipment.

Waiver and Release: The Vendor assumes all responsibility for and all risk of any damage or injury whether to property or person, including death that may occur to the Vendor, its employees, agents, licensees, or invitees at or in connection with the Event. The Vendor further releases ChromAfrica and its officers, directors, employees and agents from all claims, demands, rights or causes of actions, present or future, known, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of or incident to the Vendor's use of any facilities associated with the Event.
