training classes were held at the Chemistry Building and the University's
UNES Center.

Prof.
Lucy Irungu, Principal of the college, officially opened the training
during the first class.

Dr. Bicking covered a wide variety of "Advanced
LC" topics.
|
|
|
|
|
The instruments in the training room provided opportunities
for both vendors and students to discuss instrument operation.
|
The breaks provided more opportunities for discusion.
|
|
|
|
|
The students enjoyed learning "Advanced GC"
from Mr. Rick Parmely (Restek Corporation).
|
Students attended from East and Central Africa.
|
|
|
|
|
Dr. David Inglis (Ulverston GMP Consulting) provided
an overview of Good Manufacturing Practices.
